Hi, I’m Jackie, the designer and creator behind Jackie Diamond Cake Design, specialising in elegant, bespoke wedding cakes and handcrafted sugar flowers.

 

My journey into wedding cake design began in a very personal way — by creating my own wedding cake. That experience sparked a deep appreciation for how meaningful a wedding cake truly is: not just a dessert, but a centrepiece filled with emotion, love, and memories. It continues to inspire the care and intention I bring to every cake I create.

 

Since 2012, I have specialised in designing luxury wedding cakes that are as exquisite in flavour as they are in appearance. Each cake is entirely bespoke, thoughtfully created to reflect every couple’s unique style, story, and celebration. My signature style focuses on refined detailing and realistic sugar flowers, meticulously handcrafted to complement your wedding theme.

My work has been recognised through award-winning designs, and I pride myself on combining artistry with exceptional taste. Using premium ingredients and an uncompromising attention to detail, every cake is crafted to be truly unforgettable.

 

Working from my home studio, I offer a highly personal, one-to-one experience, guiding my couples seamlessly from the initial consultation through to the delivery and elegant set-up on the wedding day.

 

To ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and service, I create only one wedding cake per week, allowing me to dedicate my full attention to each couple and provide a truly exclusive, bespoke experience.
